Shipping policy

Free Shipping (Australia-wide)

  • Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
  • Orders under $60 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery address, and chosen delivery method.
  • Free local pick-up is available for coffee, chai, and chocolate products from our warehouse at:
    25 Hamilton Place, Mount Waverley VIC 3149
    Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–3:00pm.

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, total order weight, and delivery option.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Certain products may be restricted by international customs regulations and cannot be shipped. If your order includes such items, we will notify you and arrange a suitable solution.

Order Processing 

  • Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment.
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners, chosen to provide you with the best possible rates and timely delivery.
  • Shipping usually takes 1 – 8 business days, depending on your location and courier. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during peak periods, as delays may occur once parcels are in transit.
  • Every order is sent with tracking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels. If so, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.

Delivery Conditions

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may either leave your parcel in a safe place (if considered suitable) or provide instructions for collection/ redelivery. 
  • Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We can’t take responsibility for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect details or missed deliveries.
  • If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will be payable by the customer. Alternatively, we can arrange a refund minus the original shipping fee.
  • If you refuse delivery of an order — including declining to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees — you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees incurred, and the cost of returning the goods to us. These amounts may be deducted from your refund.
  • In rare cases where delivery to your address isn’t possible or would involve exceptionally high costs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Lost or Missing Parcels

  • Once handed to Australia Post or our courier, your parcel is in their care. While we can’t take direct responsibility for lost or missing items, we’ll always do our best to help track them down.
